Capability

Built for the high end of the market.

CUBIT is built for developers — especially those new to a market or without their own delivery arm — who need design quality as the product and one partner accountable from concept to completion.

Where we play

  • 01

    Branded & serviced residences

Delivery to operator-grade brand standards for Cairo, North Coast and Red Sea schemes.

  • 02

    Private villas & penthouses

Bespoke high-net-worth homes — full design-and-build, turnkey to the last fitting.

  • 03

    Boutique developments

Small-footprint, high-margin residential and mixed-use for discerning developers.

  • 04

    Hospitality & wellness

Resorts, clubhouses and spa environments demanding immersive, crafted interiors.

  • 05

    Premium retail & F&B

Flagship retail, restaurants and lounges where the fit-out is the brand experience.

  • 06

    Corporate & headquarters

Signature workplaces and lobbies that signal a company's standing and design intent.

A masterplan seen from the air reaching toward the sea, courtyard blocks and a central tower.

Contract models

Whole, or in parts.

  1. Single design-build contract

The primary model. One contract from concept design to handover, one accountable party. This is what CUBIT is for.

  2. Design-build with novation

Where a developer holds an existing design relationship, S+RK can be novated in and the venture delivers from there.

  3. Construction delivery only

Capital for Contracting can take a resolved design to site and hand it over, under its own name.

  4. Finishing packages

NASROC can manage production and finishing to a specification set by others, through its supplier network.

Scale

From one house to a quarter of a city.

The same discipline runs at both ends — a resolved detail on a single residence, and a coordinated programme across a masterplan grid. Scale changes the logistics, not the accountability.

Geography

Egypt and the Gulf.

Egyptian-based, working across the Gulf — British-trained design applied to the ground it is built on, at a delivery cost the local market can carry.
